Have you been referred by a friend or family member who is a current tenant? Both of you will receive $20.00 off one month’s rent! Contact our office by email, phone or text to activate your discount. This special applies to new rentals only.

Prepayment Discount

Are you staying with us long term? Do you want to get your payments out of the way? Pay for 6 months in advance and get 50% off the 7th month, or pay for 12 months in advance and get your 13th month for FREE! (Please pay through site manager to receive this discount).

College Student Discount

College students get up to 10% off their summer rental during breaks. Valid college identification must be presented to the office manager to activate the discount. Restrictions may apply; please see office manager for details.

Car Storage

Do you need vehicle storage during the long winter months? Save 5% off your winter rental when paying 4 months or more in advance.

Business Storage

Own a business and need a place to store your tools, equipment, seasonal decorations and supplies? Contact our office manager to find a space that will fit your needs and save 5%

501c Organizations

Churches, synagogues and other non-profit organizations receive 10% discount on storage. Tax exempt certificates accepted and honored.
